Let me first start out saying that choosing to build a home again for us was a difficult decision to make. Our first experience building, three years ago, left us wishing we had bought an existing home. When we were referred to Bracy Builders and finally met Pete and Brian and Melinda…we were immediately reassured. After just one meeting with Pete we found ourselves realizing that building a home could in fact, be a rewarding experience.
Pete met with us, talked with us at great length and assured us we could build the home we wanted. Little did we know how right he would turn out to be. He not only helped us pick and plan a home, he allowed us to be a part of the process. We were always included in a decision; we were always called upon to see what it was that was wanted. We were encouraged to call and ask questions and were made to feel like what we wanted was all that mattered…something we had definitely not experienced building our last home.
Brian, who we dealt with the majority of the time in the field, was always cheerful and helpful. If we wanted something he found a way to make it happen. He thought first about we wanted and last about what it would entail for him to make it happen.
On the whole, Bracy Builders has been nothing shy of wonderful. These are kind people with good insight and great workmanship. They are efficient and always worked on schedule. They kept us up to date and called us often to let us know of any delays or progress. Most importantly, they treated us more than fairly, kindly, and always like we were their only concern in the world. If they build every home, for every homeowner, with the same attitude they will be building houses for a long time to come. We could not have asked for a better company to work with. Although our home is perfect and wonderful, should we ever choose to build again, there would be no questions about who we would call. I would highly and only recommend Bracy Builders to anyone who is interested in building a most beautiful, custom, meticulously crafted home. We congratulate them on their work, and we love them for the kind people they are.
